Atlantic Cordage, a distributor and fabricator of wire rope, cordage, rigging hardware and marine integrated products and Brown & Perkins Inc., a fabricator of lifting and securing products, announced a definitive merger to enhance their product line and services to become the leading supplier for the marine, construction, industrial and utility markets.
The merger with Brown & Perkins Inc. previously based in Cranbury New Jersey, further increases Atlantic Cordage’s share of these markets. “The combination of Brown & Perkins with our product lines will provide a broader spectrum of products and larger inventory to better serve our clients” said ErikGronbeck, C. Atlantic Cordage, located in Avenel, New Jersey, will retain the Brown and Perkins sales team and other key personnel at their Avenel location including Mr. William Comly, to ensure a smooth transition for all Brown and Perkins Inc. clients and vendors to Atlantic Cordage.
