Harry Fleming of The Rochester Corporation Passed Away January 6
Former District Sales Manager for The Rochester Corporation passed away on January 6, 2021 due to complications from COVID 19. Harry Fleming, who was instrumental in assuring Rochester’s wire rope dominance in the Northeast logging industry, coupled with his knowledge of electro-mechanical cable used for offshore exploration and scientific data transmission, will long be remembered. Harry was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2013, and he had become a leader in his Florida community of The Villages as an Instructor to other patients on how to slow the progression of this disease, e.g., exercise, diet and social interaction. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carol, and two children; Joe and Cari (Tom); along with six grandchildren.
