Note from the Editor
For those who are following the status of the SkyLodge pods from our cover story in the June issue, we’ve been told (to our dismay) that the photos we were given to publish were “very” old and the company assured us that the rigging has long been corrected. However, the staff at WRN&ST would like to see for ourselves, and we’ve requested updated photos we are hoping to publish as a sidebar in the next issue or so.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the articles we have this month, especially the cover story about the new Block Island Wind Farm written by our own Contributing Editor Barbara Spencer.
As always, besides the readers favorite “Inventors Corner” and the timely items in the Steel Industry News and People in the News sections, please remember to check out the new offerings from some choice companies in the New Products section.
If your company has something new to offer, we’ll be glad to publish the news in the next issue.
Thank you for reading, and please feel free to send us an email if you have a suggestion for an article. published.
